Field - Korakou, Nicosia

Residential field in Korakou Community, in Nicosia District. It is located 500 meters south of the center of Korakou village and 700 meters north of Temvria village. It has uneven surface, irregular shape and is 110 meters away from a registered road. It falls within two planning zones, Γ3 (agricultural area that allows for 10% building density) and H4 (residential area that allows for 40% building density). It is noted that together with other two adjoining fields, the property was granted with a planning permission for the division of a total of 32 residential plots.
